I am so grateful that my Adonai led you to do this 40 day blog. It has listed me out of a flood that threatened to drown me. I pray that others will also hear your message and find His peace.

True. When I was younger It was winter an I was walking in the
snow, with my snowsuit and boots, These two full size
German Sheperds got out of their yard.
and came after me, I doove into the snow asking God to help me.
My uncle happened to live two houses down, he knew the owners
they got their dogs and helped me up. My uncle had me visit with
him. Uncle Teddy moved from New Hampshire to mass. God answers prayer just that Quick. God good memories you never loose.

Floods have sought to overwhelm us over the years, but the greatest was a huge debt owed to the IRS. In the 70′s, we were self-employed, eking out a living, and netting about $800. a month for a family of 4. We were in a strong, positive church, and they stood with us, teaching us that there was no shortcut to overcoming the problem. So we believed God, prayed, and chipped away at the huge debt a little at a time. It took 7 years to finally pay it off, but talk about a year of jubilee!! Since then, the IRS has owed us money every year, our beautiful home is paid for, and God continues to surprise us with bonuses, refunds, and financial boosts from every direction. We never stopped tithing even while we were in trouble. The first and most valuable lesson as new Christians was the tithe. We are covered and hid under His wings. We are his beloved.

The flood waters are high! I have faced the flood waters before and God did not let me drown. While I am in the midst of the rising water it’s hard to see the reasoning and how I will survive. Thank you for this week’s promise and another great daily devotional. God bless FOTW and the USA.

My 8th grade daughter and I are listening to the morning Promise together. It is a fantastic way to start the day. The message is quick enough that anyone can make the time to listen. I love hearing God’s promises because I know he always keeps His word and they can be very powerful in our lives if we really accept them as true promises. Just think about it- 40 days of Promises from God that He will not break!

Tears sting my eyes after hearing this message today! This morning I was awakened by a phone call by the Tax police here in Russia yelling and asking for more paperwork after submitting my tax returns two weeks ago (no one hardly ever submits there tax returns here). A friend of mine was supposed to have taken the paperwork over to their office for me while I was traveling and had forgotten. Then I had to go to the hospital to have my hand x-rayed due to a fall I had while traveling two weeks ago and the x-ray technician yelled at me because I didn’t have my hand bandaged properly and the doctor yelled at me because I was American. Later my landlord came over because I had lost the keys to my apartment while traveling and I discovered it was going to cost $150 to replace the locks on my door/mailbox. By the end of the day, I wasn’t sure I had enough strength to make it but I knew the Promise of TODAY – I can do ALL things because HE give me STRENGTH – HIS strength – I could not do it with my own. People can Yell and Scream at me all day but HIS strength is what gets me through each and every day regardless :) Praise God for loving me and watching over me in His strength. Thank you Pastor Kerry for reminding me of this promise today. From Russia with Love!

Today was a very stressful day at work that ended in a fight with my husband. I am sitting her listening to Pastor Kerry and remembering that my mental pattern needs to change. I am starting tonight. I know that through Christ strength I will be able to do what I need to do. Thank you Pastor Kerry for reminding me of what I know if true, He will raise me above the troubled waters. Tomorrow is a new day.
